This delicioulsy easy slow cooker pot roast is the perfect meal for any occasion! It's quick, easy, and perfect for a crowd!
Pot roast has always been one of my favorite meals. Something about the tender meat, carrots, and potatoes just melting in my mouth makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. It's the perfect meal for any day of the week.
I especially love it in the fall time. It's the perfect fall dinner! I also love that it's super quick and easy and you literally just throw everything in the crockpot and your done. BTW, if you're looking for a good crockpot, this one is my fave. I love that the cleanup is super easy too if you use crockpot liners.
Oh! And I HAVE to tell you about these amazing knives that my husband and I got for our wedding. I literally use them almost every single day. I use them to cut potatoes, other veggies, and meat and it cuts it all like butter. I hate trimming fat off of meat but these knives make it bearable since they cut it off with one or two swipes. They're from the Emeril Nonstick Cutlery Set, and I can't tell you how much I recommend them! It's a such a great set to have.
This would be a great meal for Thanksgiving as well. It requires minimal effort and would be perfect for a picky crowd or if you're looking to eat something other than turkey this year. Pair it with some biscuits, cranberry sauce, and a sweet potato casserole and you've got an amazingly delicious (and easy!) Thanksgiving dinner!
